Potatoes that have been mashed.
Boil potatoes in water until fork tender.
Combine garlic, butter, milk and cream together and warm.
Drain the water off potatoes and smash potatoes by hand. It’s a small batch, and won’t whip right in the Hobart.
Add cream mixture, whip all together, add salt and pepper.
To reheat potatoes, add milk and warm slowly on the stove.
