I saw this on Masterchef and wanted to try it.
1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
2. Place flour in a bowl, add drumsticks and toss to coat.
3. Place 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large frypan and cook until translucent. Add tomato soup, wine, parsley and remaining tablespoon oil and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to a casserol dish with the drumsticks and place in the oven to cook for about 1 hour.
4. Serve drumsticks with with whatever, quinoa, rice etc.
