1. Add Chicken, Celery, Onion, Bouillon cubes to 10-15 cups of water.
2. Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer and add Carrots.
3. Simmer for 30-45 minutes until the chicken is tender.
4. Add pepper to taste. Should not need any salt.
5. Make the Matzo balls per instructions on the package.
6. Add the Noodles and the Matzo balls to the soup and simmer 20-30 minutes.
