Great sweet treat for passover!
Heat oven to 250. Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Arrange matzoh to fit in cookie sheet or pan.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Remove from heat, add the vanilla.
Spread brown sugar mixture evenly over matzoh.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top of brown sugar mixture.
Return to oven for 3 minutes or until chips begin to melt. Remove from oven and spread melted chocolate over top.
sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
break into pieces and serve!
