Pretty good meat loaf
Conbine all ingredients and mix well. Put into two loaf pans. (You can spread ketchup or BBQ sauce over the top before you cook it if you want).
Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
This freezes well. We remove from the pan, wrap in plastic wrap and then foil. If you wrap it directly in the foil it sometimes reacts with the meat.
