Suggest a better descriptionPreheat fanforced oven to 180°C.
Combine onion, garlic, mince, egg, coconut flour, Worcestershire sauce, basil, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix with your hands until evenly combined.
Shape mixture evenly into 6 meat patties.
Place patties on a greased oven tray and cook for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
Optional: Add cheese and grill for a further 5 minutes.
Serve on buns or with salad and sauce.
Tip: the raw meat patties can be frozen for a quick meal another day.
