Homemade Meatloaf. A favotie at my house.
Combine Tomato Sauce, Brown Sugar, Vinegar, and Mustard into a small bowl. Set sause aside for later
Combine Egg, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce mixture and blend thoroughly. Shape into a oval loaf and place into an oblong microproof baking dish. Make a depression ontop of the loaf. Pour remaining sauce over the top of the meat loaf.
Cook, uncovered on 70 (roast) for 25 to 30 minutes or untill the center is cooked. Cover meat and let stand alone for 10 minutes before serving.
Alternative method for cooking. Bake 350 degrees F for 2 hours.
