1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine tomato paste, wine, water, garlic, basil, oregano,and salt in a small saucepan
3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered for 15 min. Set aside.
4. Combine ground beef, oatmeal, eff, zucchini and 1/2 cup of tomato mixture in a large bowl. Mix well.
5. Place into 8 x 4 un-greased loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
6. Discard any drippings. Pour 1/2 cup of the remaining tomato mixture over the top of the loaf.
7. Bake for 15 min longer. Remove to platter.
8. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve any remaining tomato sauce on the side.
