Heat oven to 425F. Place 4 tortillas on baking stone. Press garlic over tortillas; spread evenly. Sprinkle each tortilla with half of mozzarella. Top with equal amounts of tomato, olives, basil, and feta. Top each tortilla with remaining mozzarella and add second tortilla. Spray tops lightly with oil. Bake 8-10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes. Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges and serve.
