1. Mix spices and dry rub onto spare ribs. Then place in a glass containerand cover with apple cider vinegar. Keep in the fridge over night.
2. Discard marinade and lightly coat with rapadura. Place in baking dish andcover with foil. Cook in 250 degree oven for 3 hours.
