Traditional South African Milk Tart
Beat all the ingredients together.
Then Boil 2 Cups (500ml) of 2% milk together witj 1 can condensed milk
Add 3Tbs butter
When it starts to boil SLOWLY add the egg mixture to the pot on a LOW heat (or the custard will curdle)
Mix together vigorously until thick.
Pour the mixture into a base of (Marie Biscuits or Graham crackers or similar)
Cover with cinnamon (this prevents a skin forming on the custard).
