Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Place in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Mix soup with broth and pour over the chicken. Add the mixed vegetables. Mix the batter ingredients in a small bowl and spoon over the chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until the top crust is golden brown.
