This dessert is a tradition family favorite made with all the grand kids sharing the pleasantness. Done before holidays during the year.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Line oven racks with aluminum foil shiny side down. Dull side up.
Separate two egg whites and place in large pre frozen mixing bowl. Make sure no yolk is inside whites. While mixing the egg whites in beater add slowly the sugar until you get peaks.
Add Vanilla and hand mix until fully mixed throughout. Add the chocolate morsels and mix thoroughly.
Add the mixture by filling a teaspoon with a generous scoop and drop mixture on oven rack. Continue until all mixture is placed on rack. Place rack inside oven and turn off completely. Allow to stand overnight.
Remove cookies next morning.
For double mixture double ingredients. Single portion serves 8-10 depending on size of portion.
