Suggest a better descriptionBrown hamburger and onion until done. Add tomatoes, corn, black beans and green chilies. Mix well and heat through. Spray casserole pan with Pam. Cut tortillas in half and lie the pan with half of them. Top with half of meat mixture and sour cream. Layer other half of tortillas and the other half of the meat mixture. Heat for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top and heat for another 10 minutes.
