Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 350*. Spray an 8x8" baking dish with olive-oil flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Add salsa, chicken soup, and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 min. Evenly sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and continue baking for 10 min. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 min. Divide into 4 servings.
