1 qt flour
1 c sugar
2 oz baking powder
1 oz baking soda
1 tea spoon salt
2 cups pepper jack chesses
4 eggs
1/2 qt buttermilk
1/2 qt milk
1 6pan mix vegetables carrots, celery, onions, broccoli, black beans, cauliflower, mixed peppers, corn
Enpezar con las cosas secas colar la arina con la sal azucar baking powder baking soda al ultimo agrgar la polenta y dejarlo vien mesclado en un bowl diferente batir primero los huevos despues agregar el buttermilk el queso y los vegetales mesclados despues guntar esto aser una mescla poner en una charola pequeña con mantequilla para evitar que se pegue el pan de maiz cosinar a 450 grados aproximadamente 20 minutos.
