Oven 350 degrees
Cook Hamburger and Onions until brown. Drain and stir in Taco Seasoning and water. Simmer 3-4 minutes
Stir in Enchilada Sauce and Black Beans and heat through
For Casserole:
Spray a 9x13 pan with Cooking Spray
Spread 4 C Corn Chips on bottom of pan
Top with 1/2 the Cheese
Spoon on Beef Mixture then top with remaining Cheese
Bake 18-20 minutes or until Cheese is melted and edges are bubbly
Top with Corn Chips and Green Onions.
Serve with Sour Cream and Guacamole if desired.
