Suggest a better descriptionSpray pan with coconut oil spray and heat to medium-high. Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour in a heated pan. Add taco meat to eggs. Once cooked, flip over and cook on the other side. Flip back over and fill with cheese. Fold and top with guacamole and salsa.
