Suggest a better descriptionPlace ground turkey in tall sided fry pan or stock pot with a bit of olive oil. Add taco seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes. Drain if needed. Place all ingredients except cheese in pot (includes spaghetti). Bring to boil. Turn down to simmer for 15 minutes. Stir a little bit... Check pasta for doneness.
Add 1/2 cup cheese into pot and fold in. Simmer for 3min lid on. Remove lid and add last half cup of cheese on top, replace lid and let sit for about a minute to melt. It is now ready to eat. Garnish as you wish.
