Easy to make as pir!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place sugar ,eggs, and lemon juice in blender; blend untill smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add melted butter into the blender and blend about 30 seconds..
Pour filling into pastry shell.
Bake about 30-40 minutes until set. Allow to rest until completely set before serving, at least 15 minutes. Serve with a little whipped cream on top.
