Mix the ground chuck and chopped up jalepeno, munster cheese, and onion in a bowl. Dash with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce and Worcestershire. Mix all together with hands. Form patties. Heat the grill (charcoal is the best). Cook about 4-5 minutes a side. Add swiss cheese on top. Lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo.
