Fast & Easy with condensed milk
1. Purchase walnut pieces or break walnut halves into 4 pieces into a 1 cup and set aside.
2. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper or grease the pan with a lite coat of butter.
3. Melt butter; add salt and stir until salt dissolves. Do not get butter too hot. Remove from heat.
4. Mix chocolate chips and condensed milk in a large bowl and microwave for 2 ½ minutes.
5. Remove bowl from microwave and use rubber scraper to thoroughly mix chips and milk.
6. Mix in the vanilla then add melted butter and nuts.
7. Mix well.
8. Scrape mix into 9x13 pan and smooth the fudge surface.
9. Refrigerate.
Cut in 1 inch squares. You may find it easier to cut if you let it sit out of the fridge and let it warm up a bit before trying to cut.
Enjoy!
