Place butter in a 3 litre microwave safe dish. Microwave on high about 1 minute or until melted. Stir in sifted flour, caster sugar, golden syrup and milk. Beat until smooth. Sift remaining brown sugar evenly over the top. Carefully pour boiling water over sugar mixture. Microwave, uncovered on HIGH about 12 minutes or until cooked in the centre. Stand 5 minutes before serving.
