A simple 1 minute mugcake with Whole wheat flour (Atta)
1. Pick your favourite microwave safe mug and let's put in the dry ingredients first.
2. Add 3 tbsp Flour
3. Add 2 tbsp Cocoa powder or Milo and tbsp sugar. You can also add Jaggery powder instead of normal sugar. It is a much healthier option.
4. Add a pinch of baking powder and a pinch of salt to the mixture
5. Now let's mix everything with a fork so that it gets nicely incorporated.
6. Add in 4tbsp milk and mix it so that it doesn't form any lumps.
7. To this, add 1tsp oil and 1 tsp Vanilla essence.
8. Mix thoroughly but make sure you don't over mix it. The consistency should be a little gooey.
9. If you have chocolate, cut it into chunks and put it in. You can also use chocolate chips.
10. Microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds.
11. Take it out, top it with some Vanilla or Butterscotch ice-cream and serve it hot!
Make sure you taste the batter before you shove it into the microwave so that you'll know if you added the right amount of sugar.
