Suggest a better descriptionCook in 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish:
Sugar, corn syrup, salt and peanuts on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook again for 3-5 minutes until light brown in color.
Add butter and vanilla, stir and cook 1-2 minutes until peanuts are light brown.
Add baking soda and stir gently until light and foamy. Pour onto lightly buttered cookie sheet. Let cool 30-60 minutes, break into pieces.
