Mix to knead the following items.
4 cups of self raising flour, salt as per taste, two to three tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of instant yeast, 1 tablespoon of milk powder.
Knead with warm milk.
Keep it in a well greased bowl.
Cover it tightly.
Keep it aside in a warm place for 1st proofing for an hour.
Now once you see the dough has doubled, punch the dough and knead again for few minutes.
Arrange it in a bread making tray and keep it covered for 2 proofing for another 1 hour.
Now brush the doubled dough with butter and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Once done allow it to cool.
Slice and enjoy the warm milk bread.
