Suggest a better description1. Roughly chop the chocolate and put in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water. When the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and stir in the cream.
2. Stir in the orange liqueur and refridgerate for 2 hours.
3. Spread the crushed chocolate flakes on a plate. Using two teaspoons, shape the mixture into small balls and roll in the crushed chocolate flakes. Store in the fridge or freezer until needed.
