Suggest a better descriptionMix together 1/2 C Butter, 1/3 C Evaporated Milk, and cake mix till combined.
Press 2/3 of the cake mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 5 minutes.
Pour as much of the caramel sauce as you want to your liking over the brownies, then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Plop remaining 1/3 of the cake mix by spoonfuls onto top of the caramels and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
