A quick and easy Cranberry Salad recipe.
Stir everything together.
Don't be too particular with the berries, apples, and oranges. You are essentially just chopping them and throwing them together. It took me about 30 minutes.
Put in a covered dish and eat at any time. After about 24 hours, it melds together better, so you might want to make it a day or two in advance if you are planning to have it for a particular meal. Stir it up to mix the liquid each time you have some.
FYI, I had some this morning. Everything still looks good, the apples have not browned at all and personally, I think the flavor is getting better with time. So, you might want to consider making the full recipe and eat on it for a week.
