Divide mixture into 6 portions.
Place sheet of pastry on a flat surface, cut in half.
Mould 1 portion of meat onto long edge of pastry, brush opposite edge with egg and lift over pastry filling, overlapping edges.
Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds, cut into 6 small sausage rolls. Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
Place on tray lined with baking paper and place in 200c oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
