Separate the dough in half, then using floured hands, pat each piece out into a 10cm/4" round. 2 Roughly dice the ham and fontina. Stir into mashed potatoes with half the milk, salad onions and mustard. Season to taste. 3 Divide the mixture between the circles of bread dough and fold over, pressing the edges together to enclose the filling. 4 Brush with the remaining milk, place on a baking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
