Easy, quick fish dish
Set oven rack 6 inches from broiler and preheat oven to broil
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil
Whisk miso paste, water, mirin, sake and brown sugar together in small skillet and heat over medium heat until mixture simmers and slightly thickens, 1-3 min.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
Place filets on pan and baste all over with miso mixture
Let sit at room temp for 20 min
Broil filets in oven for 5 min
Turn baking sheet 180 degrees and continue broiling fun til fish easily flakes, about 5 more minutes
Remove all pin bones before serving
