Mixed Greens with Caesar Dressing
1. In a food processor or blender puree egg, vinegar and worchestershire for about 10 seconds, slowly drizzle the oil until all of the oil has been added.
2. Add the anchovies or capers and garlic. Puree until well blended and season to taste.
3. Toss the greens with dressing until well coated, top with croutons and cheese, enjoy.

Homemade Croutons
Cut a baguette into bite sized pieces. Toss with caramelized garlic olive oil and tuscany dipper and bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
