1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut bread into 1 in squares. Put 1/2 bread cubes in greased pan.
3. Stir eggs, milk, oleo and cheese. Pour 1/2 over bread. Put other 1/2 of bread cubes and then remaining egg mixture.
4. Make sure all bread is moistened. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
5. Bake for 1 hour.
