Suggest a better descriptionWhisk milk, butter, flour, mustard and salt on stove until steaming but not boiling and then add cheeses.
The amount of cheese is flexible. You can also add other cheese. Mix everything including pasta in a bowl. Add anything else you like such as: spinach, garlic, tomatoes, chard, green onions, peas.
Pour into baking dish. For top add remaining ingredients and spread over top. Bake until bubbly.
