1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix broccoli, onion and 3 T butter with soup mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in 9x13 pan.
3. Melt one stick of butter in a sauce pan per 1 sleeve of townhouse crackers. Melt butter and crumble in crackers. Use 1-2 sleeves. Spread on top of broccoli mixture.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until crackers are browned.
