Chicken al a King in patty shells
Boil chicken until done. Reserve liquid. Pick off meat and skin. Cut into small bits. Put chicken back into broth and season with chicken bouillon to taste. Cook frozen peas and add to chicken mixture. Bring to a boil and thicken with flour thickening mixture.
Mix Flour, Shortening and salt together with pastry knife. Roll out like for pie crust. Cut with large cup or bowl-size to fit the back of a muffin tin. Cover back of muffin tin with pie crust to form small bowl and pick with fork. Bake 375* about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve chicken mixture in patty shell.
