Easy and good
Place rice in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Lay pieces of a whole chicken or use chicken tenders or breasts and thighs on top of rice. Rinse the soup cans with 1 can Evaporated Milk and mix all together with the Onion Soup Pkg. Pour over the chicken and cover with foil. Bake for 3 hours at 325 or 350.
