Chicken with tomatoes
Source: Mom
1. Brown chicken in small amount of oil. RAemove and set aside.
2. Add onions, green pepper and garlic to pan and cook until tender.
3. Stir in rest of ingredients and add chciken to sauce.
4. Cover and simmer 30 - 40 minutes until tender.
5. Serve over rice.
You can add i can of pitted black olives with chicken.
