Just a simple casserole with a bisquick crust that my mom used to make. Any combination of vegetables can be used, it's just important to cook everything first.
1) Mix all veggies and poultry in a bowl.
2) Mix 2 cans of soup with a 1/2 cup of milk. Whisk until well mixed.
3) Add soup mixture to veggies/poultry and gently mix to avoid breaking up the vegetables.
4) Grease 9x11 pan and pour in veggie/poultry mixture. Evenly distribute as best you can.
5) Combine 2 cups of bisquick, 1 cup of milk, and 2 eggs in a bowl. Mix well, then pour over veggie/poultry mixture until fully covered.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes, until crust is well browned.
