Tear Bread into pieces into a large bowl.
Add Celery & Onion.
Beat milk and eggs together and add to bowl
Add Cooled Turkey Broth and mix well to combine everything.
Add salt and pepper - no more than a half teaspoon each.
Place in 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45mins to 1 hour. Internal temp should reach 160 degrees
