1. Mix meat together and then mix in all dry ingredients.
2. Create a well in the middle of the meat mixture and then add eggs and mix well. (Wetting your hands may help when you mix).
3. Roll balls by hand making at least eight nice sized balls (you can make smaller, just watch as cooking time to avoid overcooking)
4. Bake in a preheated 325 oven for 30 minutes or until firm and cooked through (remembering that pork will cook up pinkish)
