Good old hand me down from mom.
Place all tomato ingredients into pan with 1/2 cup sugar. Sautéed onion and garlic clove. Slow heat 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Brown hamburger and add to sauce. Salt to taste.
Take cottage cheese and 1 cup Parmesan and 1/2 tablespoon of parsley and mix together in spear ate bowl.
Place one row of noodles, one row of sauce, one row of cottage cheese, one row of mozzarella in lasagna pan. Do this one more time. End w/ row of noodles, sauce and mozzarella on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
