Serve with rice
Preheat oven 400. Line baking sheet with foil. Combine meat and cornstarch. Add onion, egg, broth and spices. Make 60 1" balls. Bake 20 min. Cool. Divide into 3 freezer bags.
Sauce:
Heat oil, add garlic. Cook 1 min.
Combine soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Add to skillet. Add sugar, ginger and pepper flakes. Mix well to Combine. Cook til thick and bubbly. Add 20 balls. Toss to coat. Cook 5 min til heated through. Sprinkle with seeds and green onion. Serve with rice.
