This flourless cookie bar is delicious and easy to change taste based on likes and dislikes
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a Stand Mixer, beat room temperature butter with peanut butter.
Add sugars and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time and Vanilla mixing well after each addition.
Add both oats, baking soda and mix until combined.
Lastly add whatever flavor ingredient you like - dried fruit, M&Ms, chocolate chips, etc.
Spread onto large cookie sheet with parchment.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit on stove for 20-30 minutes in pan.
Remove from pan using parchment and cool completely on counter.
Using pizza wheel of sharp knife, cut into equally sized portions. I like to cut 3 lines length wise and about 10-12 horizontally.
