Mix together all ingredients in mixer but the chocolate chips and M & M's. When well mixed stir in the chocolate chips and M & M's.
Preheat oven to 350
Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to make LARGE cookies. Drop on a cookie sheet (you can usually only get 6-8 on a sheet).
Bake 10-12 minutes, do not over bake they should just start to brown. Let the cookies sit on the sheet a few minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
**This is half the normal recipe and it still makes a lot of cookies.
Make sure that you do LARGE cookies and try not to over bake the cookies.
