Add steak meat and marinate 4 hours to overnight.
Mix sauce ingredients and have ready for grilling.
Slice and cut mushrooms.
Sauté in skillet with butter or oil until onions are golden brown and mushrooms are tender. When steak is near done, add wine and cook down till brown sauce forms. Season as needed.
Preheat grill by turning all burners to high heat. Clean.
Grill steak on high temp (400 or above) turning only once. Coat with white sauce mixture. This process pending steak thickness is 8 minutes. 4 per side.
Serve after steak has rested for a few minutes.
