Toss breadcrumbs with flaxseed meal and seeds
Stir together mozzarella, cauliflower, and cornstarch until well combined. Shape into 2 X 1/2 inch logs. gently roll each log in breadcrumbs, then wrap in foil and freeze for 20 minutes.
Coat skillet with spray and set over medium-high heat. Add oil. Cook sticks 3-4 minutes, turning until coating begins to brown.
