This is a quick and easy recipe for 4 people
Thinly Slice the mushrooms.
Chop the onion into fairly small pieces (diced)
Chop the bacon into small pieces (diced)
Chop the Garlic finely
Boil a saucepan of water and add the pasta.
Allow to cook until Al Dente
Saute the Onion and Garlic in a tablespoon of oil until they start to caramelise.
Add the Mushrooms and allow them to reduce.
Add the cream and mix through well.
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes to allow the mixture to heat through (Do not Boil)
Drain the Pasta, mix the sauce through and serve topped with parmesan cheese
