Mushroom Casserole
1. Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in butter. Turn off heat, add mayo, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, salt and pepper.
2. Put 1/2 of bread in 3 quart casserole - add 1/2 of mushroom mixture and repeat.
3. Beat eggs, combine with milk. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top - refrigerate overnight.
4. Bring to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees 60-70 minutes.
5. You can make a day ahead and refrigerate.
